About Me

My career as a therapist has focused on supporting children of all ability levels through creativity, music, and play.  I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, and Board Certified Music Therapist.

I received my Masters of Science from Nazareth College in Creative Arts Therapy in 2015. From there, I spent several years working in a private practice setting in Rochester, NY providing music therapy services to children, teens, young adults, and adults. In this setting I gained experience working within school districts and leading child-caregiver groups that focused promoting infant mental health.

Another part of my work history includes working with children and families with life-limiting medical diagnoses. This led me to pursue my license as a professional counselor and I also began play therapy training and supervision with a play therapist. It was during this time that I started learning more about trauma-informed care including relational and medical traumas.

Working with adults has been a lovely addition to my clinical experience, and I’ve been providing online therapy services to adults. I’ve found that I truly enjoy working with all people and enjoy supporting others on their therapeutic journey through consistency, warmth, and creativity.

In my downtime, I enjoy being outside, knitting, playing DND, crafting, and creating supports for other creative arts therapists.
